What can I make a label for?
The builder currently covers cottage food, dog and cat treats, backyard eggs, honey and hive products, and soap and cosmetics.
Can I print labels at home?
Yes. Label Cottage creates a PDF for common home printing setups, and saved products can be reprinted when you need them again.
What if my state's guidance is not configured?
The builder keeps the state and category selection visible and tells you when guidance is unavailable. Verify with the applicable authority before publishing.
Where do the rules come from?
State guides link to official sources and show source and last-checked details when those records are configured.
What happens when my state changes its rules?
When a saved label is affected by a configured rule change, Label Cottage can flag it so you know when to reprint.
